Domestic Orders:
- An order is eligible for exchange within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- Customers can initiate a exchange request on the following circumstances.

- Returns / Exchange for slight color variations due to photography lighting and for handloom sarees where threads knots are not considered as damages are not eligible for acceptance.
- In order to address any complaints, it is mandatory to provide a video of the parcel opening. Complaints without a parcel opening video will not be considered. This is for your safety and to ensure that we can facilitate a return or exchange if there is any damage. The video should capture the entire process from parcel opening to the last step.
- Customer has to raise an exchange request by sending an email to support@vvfashionstn.com with the order details & the exchange reason. In case of damaged / incorrect item a photograph of the product, the price tag & the packing cover which got delivered is mandatory.
- Our support team will analyse the exchange request and approve the same if applicable.

- Before dispatching the product, we will thoroughly check it. In the rare case that there is any damage, please send us the order number, name, and an unboxing video to our WhatsApp number +919600018132. We will contact you within 1-2 business days.
- The products must be returned in it’s original condition, unaltered and unused. The price tag [and the silk mark tag if applicable] has to be present. The saree folding has to be intact.
- We will refund the cost of shipping the product back to us (based on the location). However, we are unable to bear any extra charges.
- Onward & exchange logistic cost of Rs. 75/- for each item will be charged on free shipping orders.
- While we do not offer refunds, we are more than willing to guide you through the process of exchanging the product. We kindly request your cooperation if we require any further information or photographs to assess your exchange request.
